Thanks for shopping at lotmaxx3d.com.  We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  Contact our friendly Support Team for any queries about returns or refunds.  Our main terms are detailed below

About the 30-day return policy:

Hi If you need to get the return information, please contact us within 30 days after receipt. 

For the Return request, please read the following information: 

  1. If the printer cannot be opened,or damaged when delivered,

Or the seller sends the wrong goods / products are inconsistent, you can submit a request within 30 days to return , and get a full refund.

  1. About 3D printer products. We provide free replacement of extruder kits within 3 months, and provide a 1-year warranty for all major parts including the motherboard, motor, screen display and hotbed.  

Please contact the online customer service in advance for any return request for damage.

Regarding the returned printer, we do not undertake the shipping costs if it's not the printer itself problem, and if the return to China is required, we also do not take the tax that may occur.

  1. Except for logistics reasons. If the customer does not want/the customer directly rejects the package/returns for personal reasons after delivery (must be in a new state), you may need to bear the freight sent by the seller and the cost of the package return.

Warm Tips:

  1. Before returning the product, please take a picture of the product and provide it with us.
  2. After the return request is approved:

After you return the product, it may take up to 25 days for us to receive the product. After our operation center receives the goods, it will take 2 business days to process the refund, and the refund amount will take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.

    In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, lotmaxx may decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as: 

    • Products that have been defaced
    • Products with missing labels
    • Products that have been lost or damaged

    Refunds

    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the criteria below:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
    • All accessories must be returned
    • Returned in the original packaging. 
    • If your item was not purchased directly from us, we need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Lotmaxx  may decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as: 

    • Products that have been defaced
    • Products with missing labels
    Products that have been lost or damage

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the credit within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Shipping

    You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
