Warranty & Returns



1. 1-year warranty service for the machine body, wear parts excluded. (Wear parts include nozzle module, bicolor nozzle module, build plate, belts, nozzle, pneumatic coupler, Teflon tube, thermistor, fans) Lotmaxx prepared some spare parts for your benefits in the toolkit. Auto leveling kit, Laser engraving kit enjoys 3 months warranty. Gifts, including TF card, card reader, wrenches, scraper, nippers have no warranty.

2. Only the original buyer is entitled for product warranty

Lotmaxx reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the malfunction is caused by but not limited to modifications, misoperations, third party parts or accessories, not using lotmaxx or lotmaxx designated software, low quality consumable, not suitable using environment, too wet or too hot, bad maintenance, etc.

4. Lotmaxx offers lifetime technical support for all Lotmaxx machines, please contact us on working days via email, phone call, etc. Working hours: Monday- Friday 9:00 am- 5:30 pm, Beijing Time, GMT +8. We will get back to you as soon as possible if you contacted us off the working hours.

5. Most of the tutorials, instructions, firmware and software will be also available on TF CARD, official website, and Lotmaxx Youtube channel.

6. When asking for product warranty, please let us know your order number, machine S/N number, sales channel, shipping address and most importantly, a few pictures and video clips what you think might be helpful for troubleshooting.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the criteria below:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • All accessories must be returned
  • Returned in the original packaging. 
  • If your item was not purchased directly from us, we need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 
In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, We may decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as: 
  • Products that have been defaced
  • Products with missing labels
  • Products that have been lost or damaged


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the credit within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
